New Social Media Icon Set

Updated: 01-05-2013 [Added YouTube Icon]

This is my first icon set for the most commonly used sharing buttons for bloggers. The reason I came up with these icons was that I could not find the exact same shapes I wanted for the design I was working on, especially while dealing with the relatively new social media sites.

The set includes the following icons:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Google Plus
  • Pinterest
  • StumbleUpon
  • Reddit
  • RSS Feeds
  • Email
  • Linked-in
  • YouTube

Icons come in eight different sizes, 512×512, 256×256, 128×128, 64×64, 48×48, 32×32, and 24×24 which give a total of 70 icons.

I kept the number of icons limited to what I needed in my recent project. However, I might consider adding more icons if requested.

This icon set is FREE for commercial use. Feel free to download the sets and use them in any type of projects without any restrictions. Just do not sell them. It would be great if you could post links to your projects where you have used this icon set under this post.

Finally, if you have any comments, suggestions, or requests for specific icons, feel free to comment in here and I will try my best to commit to all requests. If you find this set useful, please do share it with your circles, followers, and friends.

  1. Thanks for the great icons 😉 I have only one question could I put them in Artwork, which other people can download? I put your Name and Webiste in the Read-Me.txt is this ok? Thanks and greetings from Germany ;D

  2. Hi, thanks for creating those clean, contemporary-looking icons. I’d love to use them on my site but would need to change their background colour to match my site. Would you agree to that? Thanks.

    1. Hi Fairouz, Thanks for dropping by! You are absolutely free to modify them in anyway you like as long as you don’t claim they are yours. By the way, all icons are in PNG format with transparent backgrounds. Good luck!

  3. I decided to freshen the social media icons on my blog, and these are perfect. I like the round, simple design, which somewhat mirrors the design of my blog’s logo, helping to achieve a unified look.
